1. Service

Store4Gateway provides Shadowsocks-based proxy access ("the Service") on a subscription basis. Access keys connect through servers operated or contracted by Store4Gateway. The Service is intended to help users in regions with restricted internet access reach blocked websites and services.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute access keys without written permission.
  • Use the Service for illegal activity under applicable law.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the infrastructure, or degrade service for others.
  • Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or conduct network attacks.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Payments

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. We accept Bitcoin (on-chain), Bitcoin Lightning, and USDT-TRC20 (Tron) via BTCPay Server, and card via Stripe. We do not accept ETH or other ERC-20 tokens. Crypto payments are non-reversible by nature. Card payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

Prices are shown in USD. Crypto invoices are calculated at the exchange rate at the time of invoice creation.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please review the service description carefully before purchasing.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be disrupted by network blocking, server maintenance, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee that the Service will bypass any particular filtering system — internet censorship methods change frequently.

6. Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service: your email address (for account access), payment records, and aggregate bandwidth usage per access key. We do not log the content of your traffic or the specific websites you visit. Bandwidth totals per key are retained for billing and abuse monitoring.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or business interruption. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the support channel.
